FannieMae, FreddieMac fully delegated direct lender allowing for simultaneous submission to DU and LP, meaning fewer conditions and more appraisal waivers. No score agency options available.

FHA

GinnieMae direct selling and servicing, allowing for a 500 credit score, low down, allows gifts, and down payment assistance. Great for first-time and credit-challenged borrowers. No score agency options are available.

Bank Statement

Options offered to self-employed borrowers who could benefit from documenting income with bank statements instead of tax returns.

Reverse Mortgages

Used to purchase a home, cash out, rate and term refinance, or obtain a line of credit designed with no monthly payments.
